What is the difference between a form and a landing page?

A form is an opt-in box that can be embedded on your website or set to pop up on pages. The page where you install a web form must be your website, hosted on your server or a third-party service.

Create forms at Forms>>Create form. In the Save and Publish tab is a JavaScript code to paste in the HTML code of your website. Visitors can sign up for your list by providing their email address.

A landing page is a mini website designed in the GetResponse Landing Page creator. It usually contains a default web form. You can add other elements, such as call-to-action button and YouTube videos.

Basic Landing Pages are included free with every GetResponse plan (1 published landing page, up to 1000 visitors/month). Unlimited Landing Pages (including A/B tests, unlimited landing pages, unlimited traffic) are an add-on for an additional fee.

Create landing page at Landing page>>Create. The editor enables you to design your website without HTML knowledge.

To place a form on your landing page, choose a predesigned template that includes an opt-in box OR click the web form icon in the landing page menu toolbar. Landing pages can include only forms added in the landing page editor, not forms created with the  form editor.
