Why is my payment not going through?
There can be many reasons why the transaction cannot be completed. The most common issues are:
- Incorrect payment method. Please refer to What payments methods do you accept? for details. Note: If you’re planning to use a debit card, make sure that you can use it for recurring payments and online international transactions.
- Transaction declined by the bank e.g. block on international transactions (call your bank to unlock it and clarify the situation).
- Expired debit or credit card, incorrect or no CVV.
- Maxed out credit card.
- Unfinished transaction – the situation when transaction requires additional verification and it is not completed.
