Why did one of my contacts not receive the newsletter? Watch video

If the message was not delivered to the recipient (not even to his Spam folder), and you want to know why, please email us the following:

1. The email address of the person who did not receive the message.

2. The campaign name from which the newsletter has been sent.

3. The message subject.

We will look it up in the delivery logs and let you know exactly what happened.
