When importing or adding contacts, can a score or tag be added immediately during the process?
Tagging and scoring may only be applied to the contacts after they have been added to the account. You cannot apply the tag or score during the import or add contact process. You may apply the tag or score to those contacts through Search contacts. To do this, go to Contacts >Search.
Then choose Advanced search. From there, conduct a search for the import or contact(s) in particular you would like the tag or score added to. Click on the Actions icon and select Tag. Next, specify which tag you’d like to assign.
