How do I change the number of users accounts?
The number of user accounts varies based on your plan:
Email plan: There’s only one user account — the owner’s account. You can purchase more user accounts for an additional monthly charge (see Adding extra accounts).
Pro plan: Includes the owner’s account and 2 additional user accounts. You can purchase more user accounts for an additional monthly charge.
Max plan: Includes the owner’s account and 4 additional user accounts. You can purchase more user accounts for an additional monthly charge.
Adding extra accounts
If you need to give access to a larger number of users than your plan allows, you can purchase a block of 5 user accounts. The GetResponse Multi-user add-on allows you to add up to 25 more user accounts.
Go to My account>>Add-ons and enable the Auto-renewal for Multi-user add-on. A charge will be added to your plan’s default payment.
If you need to add more than 5 accounts included in the add-on, you can purchase additional single-user accounts. Each additional account adds $5 to your monthly payment.
To extend the number of accounts, go to the GetResponse Add-ons page. In the Multi-user bar, click the Change button and select the number of accounts.
Confirm your choice by clicking the Change button.
Instantly, you will see a pop-up with the monthly charge for the add-ons. Click Buy now to confirm the purchase and agree to an instant charge. From now on, the monthly charge will be added to your payment each renewal date.
Decreasing the number of accounts
Please note that before you reduce the number of accounts in the add-on setup, you’ll need to delete excess user accounts.
To delete a user account, go to My account >> Multi-user Settings. Click Manage users to display the accounts. Hover the mouse over the name of each account you want to delete and, from the Actions menu, select Remove account.
You can decrease the number of user accounts you are charged for at any time. Click the Change link and select the number of accounts you need. Your monthly charge for the add-on will be adjusted for the next billing period. Refunds aren’t provided.
Example: You purchased the 5-user add-on and 2 extra accounts for a total of 7 extra accounts. Now you want to reduce the number of accounts to 5. You must delete two accounts and then change the add-on settings.
You can also opt-out from multi-user completely by disabling the auto-renewal function in the add-on settings.
