Where can I find the features I have been using?

In the new GetResponse, features and actions can be accessed from their category-specific areas in your account.

Where can I find my contact lists?

Your contact lists are now on the Contact lists page. To get there, simply select Contacts from the toolbar.

On the Contact lists page, you can now sort lists by their name, size, and creation date. Additionally, you can create a new list and add new contacts directly from there.

Where are campaign settings in the new GetResponse?

You can get to your list settings—previously referred to as “campaign settings”—from the Contact lists page.

To navigate to the Contact lists page:

  1. Click on Contacts in the toolbar on the Dashboard
  2. Scroll to find the contact list and hover the mouse pointer over the Actions icon at the end of the row to expand the list.
  3. Select Settings to open the List settings

From there, you can view and edit the General, Subscription, and Confirmation message settings. To find more about the new List Settings organization, please go to Where can I find my list settings.

Do I need to select current list (campaign) on the new dashboard?

In new GetResponse, “campaigns” have been replaced with “contact lists”. Once you switch to the new GetResponse dashboard, you don’t need to select current list.

Where do I select a list my newsletter is linked to?

Since you no longer need to select a current list in your account, your newsletters are linked to a contact list you select in the newsletter creator. Newsletter settings in the creator now include a field called Linked list. Expand the drop-down and select the list you’d like to use. Your newsletter is going to be assigned to that list, meaning that’s the list you can find the newsletter statistics for.
